Keep moving forward. Do not fall off the path

THey were the rules we followed in completing the Everest marathon. Yes, that's right we completed the world's highest and hardest marathon; for once the event lived up to the hype. It was brutal.

Christine finished in 11 hours 13 mins and I finished in 9 hours 45 mins.
