Next stop Everest Base Camp!

Currently in Gorak Shep waiting to leave for our last walk before the marathon on Monday. Started to snow so it'll be interesting! We start running at 7a.m. Mon 29th (1.15 a.m. UK time) - so will be back in touch when we reach Namche at the other end! Boy this is going to be tough but worth it to raise funds and awareness for these 2 fantastic charities. See you down there at the balmy altitude of 3000m!
